In 2017, Marc sold us the exact 2018 Pacifica we were looking for (it was more interesting and better looking than the Sienna), and the service department has taken very good care of our car along the wa looking for (it was more interesting and better looking than the Sienna), and the service department has taken very good care of our car along the way. I've owned several Jeeps over the years so I have dealt with many service advisors. In all of the dealerships or service centers I've taken any of my vehicles to, this is the first time I can say I've had with many service advisors. In all of the dealerships or service centers I've taken any of my vehicles to, this is the first time I can say I've had the pleasure of working with someone like Carlos.
