Charging 3% surcharge credit card usage is poor business practice , considering the high cost of service/ repairs that can incur. Visa/Mastercard charges less than 3% for its services. I got a call that my car needed an update they offered me a ride to and from since my car would be there all day said they’d bring me to work and pick me up since they don’t offer a loaner vehicle…so I accep a ride to and from since my car would be there all day said they’d bring me to work and pick me up since they don’t offer a loaner vehicle…so I accepted .I had to wait almost 2 hours to be dropped off good thing I took the day off work then when my car was ready I had to wait another 2 hours to be picked up. No apologies from anyone just he person helping me was very rude. I also asked for an oil change while they had my car they never reset the the computer so my car still marked oil change required never put a sticker on the window for next oil change I don’t even know if they even did it. They just took my money inconvenienced me and stories on top of it all. This was a horrible unprofessional experience More

$216 to change one fuse that control the 12volt output at the 7pin connector for trailer hookup. If any electrical issue the first thing to check is fuses. The service advisor only check fuse box under the hood. Then told me the truck wasn't program right for towing.I needed to pay for them to look at the programing to find out problem. Then came back with it was a fuse under the steering wheel inside truck. No program problem just a simple fuse problem. Seems like if you go to the dealership to have work on the should have a greater understanding the a mechanic that works on any car. I think 216 for a simple fuse is ridiculous. I have being going to this dealership with my first truck. (2021 Ram 3500)They will not work on my second truck. (2024 Ram 1500) More
