Mine was basic no frills, but I'm older and wanted more luxury (especially coming from an Infiniti G37) and was looking to find it. I found a Few Jeep Wrangler Sahara's I liked online, but hard to find White with Black Leather interior. Zeigler in Downers Grove had one I took for a test drive, liked it and started to talk numbers. Then I mentioned another I saw online and found out it was being driven by Sales Manager. Drove it, worked the numbers and drove it out the door. Had Everything I wanted and at a price I could afford. Peter Bryant was great! Happy to be back in a Jeep! More

He kept his word because I kept mine....He told me a year ago to trust him and that the car he put me in was only a credit builder...he told me to keep it for a year and to be sure to pay my carnote on time and keep up with the oil changes and stuff and Ill be in something better next year (4/25/2016) I just want to say Thank You Viente... I have been shopping around for awhile and came across a Jeep Grand cherokee that would be perfect for our family. We live near downers grove so we came to zeigler since it was close. We met with mike who helped us find the right car for us but the right budget. I couldnt be more happier with our jeep. Thanks for everything mike and the whole team at zeigler. More

I am writing this review regarding this dealership due to the blatant lies that were told to me to get me in the dealership. I was at Naperville jeep and Dodge while I was there I did a true car search for a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sport in a certain package and after I got my true car pricing I was called by a lisette Gonzalez informing that they did have in fact the vehicle I was searching for. After several phone calls verifying that the price was going to be honored and that the vehicle I wanted was indeed there I left Naperville Jeep and Dodge to head there and purchase the vehicle. Once I arrived there I was told that lisette was gone for the day, weird. Since it was only 20 minutes later. So I was directed to a different sales person and after 20 minutes of searching there was no vehicle to be found. I was than told that I could purchase a similar jeep for 5,000 dollars more. I was so angered that I was lied to I just had to write this review. I will not recommend this dealership to any of my friends family or coworkers. I work for the United States Postal Service out of Downers Grove and will definitely go out of my way inform people to be leery of Ziegler Jeep And Dodge. Sincerely Michael Smith More

When I came to Zeigler I was immediately impressed with their patience. I told them exactly what I wanted with the payments. They had the car and the exact payments! Best of all I wasn't pressured. I highly recommend Zeigler to my family and friends! More
Waste of time Went to look at a used truck and were told that the manager took it home and would be back in 30 min. Go elsewhere. Larry was my salesman and he was fine throughout the process - up until AFTER he sold me the car.... To begin, there were a few things that stood out to me - and not in a good way - when working with this dealership. The car I wanted was listed online for almost $2,000 less than what it actually was going for (because I did not 'qualify' for all mandated discounts) - fine. Then there was an additional $900 'delivery fee' tacked onto the final bill that we were not aware of. When we questioned the financial associate he got a little short with us - as if WE were the ones in the wrong for asking what the heck that fee was! MOST dealerships include that fee in the final negotiated price of the car. That did not happen in this case. Pretty sneaky if you ask me.... So granted, these are likely practices of the dealership and not the salesman himself. But it was definitely a put-off. After I bought my car, the spare key was missing. Larry said he'd call me in a few days when he found it to let me know when I could pick it up. Well, I never heard from him. So over a 2 week span, I sent him an email, left him a voice message, and even emailed the sales manager to ask what the deal was. He apologized and stated that the service department would call me to set up an appointment to get a new one programmed. 3 days later, surprise! STILL NO CALL. I called the service department myself to schedule the xxxx appointment and finally have the spare key. It only took 2.5 weeks of me basically acting like a stage 5 clinger... It is pretty obvious that the moment he made the sale, I no longer existed. Just think of how POSITIVE this review would have been if he just did his job and called me back the first time. Dealerships are a dime a dozen, if you can, go elsewhere, or work with a different salesman. More

They lied and played dumb about recalls, manufacturing defects, delivery, to our title and our names being entered wrong or left off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE- go to another dealership that is worthy of earning your business!!! More
