It was quite disappointing and waste of my time to visit your shop yesterday. The mileage listed on your post and the actual odometer mileage is significantly higher. The Kona we drove was unkept, dirty, has grease marks on the ceiling, pet fur on the seats as well as on the floor and put me and my kids in unsafe, unhealthy situation during this pandemic. I took time off from work, moved my kids appointments around to honor my appointment only to find a dirty car, rude salesmen, unprofessional shop and lying sales manager. More

The service department did a great job with our car. We took it there after we picked up our car from a body shop who said it was all fixed. I knew something was still wrong so I took it to this dealer. Th took it there after we picked up our car from a body shop who said it was all fixed. I recently Purchased a used vehicle with little issue and little haggle as all research was done before arrival, but issues became present on the follow through post sale. When purchasing the vehicle, the sales manager had been driving this car as his personal vehicle after hours and only one key was present upon purchase/sale, the second key was supposed to be ready for pickup upon the managers arrival in the coming days. No call to follow up for a week, personally followed up to be put on endless hold via phone calls and left three messages over the following two weeks for my initial sales rep. Fourth week in I finally speak to my salesman who said he would follow up the next day, but to no suprise no follow up. Another week goes by and finally speak to a sales manager after being left on hold for another 20 mins. Another promise of follow up and nothing. Another week goes by and speak to another sales manager who then promises to bring this to his managers attention as he was aware of the situation and surprised no resolutions had happened. Eventually the conclusions comes that they are unable to locate the key..... no duh.... I Stated that at this point it doesn't matter where the key is but either a new or orginal is the last option and only option. Another promise of follow through and empty promises with nothing tangible in the end. No call back, no solution, no follow through, what a joke! I Never leave reviews, but this is the epitome of bad follow through. Avoid this place at all cost if you want back end customer service! More
