The worst experience ever. I am sorry I did business with them. David the Finance Director, took one minute to go over the purchase of my lease buyout and gave me no options, but to produce full payment by t them. David the Finance Director, took one minute to go over the purchase of my lease buyout and gave me no options, but to produce full payment by the end of the week. I submitted full payment 2 days in advance and I didn’t get a call from David or anyone at the dealership. I assumed everything was finalized with my bank, until I got a call a month later telling me my lease is expiring. When I went to complete the paperwork for the purchase, David accused me of the miss understanding. I did not get an apology or a thank you. Apparently this dealership doesn’t need to retain their customers. More
