Service is lacking and it’s not like it used to be. I think the general manager for his help he’s always a good person no matter what the situation is appreciate that but like I said my car was there for over a week being worked on and you think I would’ve got it back with a nice oil change and a car wash just saying More

Anyone who has ever dealt with an extended warranty company knows that process can sometimes be a headache, so having someone willing to advocate for you makes ALL the difference. George truly went above and beyond! He put in the effort, communicated with the warranty company, and made sure my situation was handled properly.
