The dealership was great. I had a problem with the App - it allowed me to make an appointment for an oil change even though this location does not do that (I wish they did). This is my first Chrysler and the oil changes are more expensive than my Ford or Honda's so you might want to keep in mind to stay competitive. More

Work was well done, but I caught the service person in lies while trying to up sale me. He claimed my car probably has never had the brake fluid replaced, when I know for certain it had been replaced twic lies while trying to up sale me. He claimed my car probably has never had the brake fluid replaced, when I know for certain it had been replaced twice. He also pushed me to get the steering fluid replaced which I know had another 10000 before needing it, but I did it anyway and now regret letting the service person lie and push me into something I didn't need. I witnessed other service people doing the same to people around me. I have gone there ever since I got my Jeep 7 years ago. I will never be going back. More
