I just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ziegler, after having purchased a similar car from the Ziegler 10 years ago. No pressure tactics or shenanigans ever. I very much appreciate their very straightforward approach to car sales. This time around my salesperson (DJ) literally spent hours familiarizing me with all the cool tech and demonstrating features, setting up online resources, including the Jeep app, getting my iPhone connected to my car so I could take advantage of pretty amazing added features. He also had someone remove my tow-bar and roof rack from my old car and transfer my junk between cars. I hadn’t come prepared to drive home in a new car same day, but they matched my bank financing so I could avoid the delays from closing a bank loan. I highly recommend Ziegler and will likely be back for my next vehicle! More

I inquired about a 2021 Dodge Charger that they had for sale for $23,990. I was only interested because it was lower price for lower miles. They said they would work with my budget. I asked how much it would be for me to come from Lafayette, IN that night to buy it outright, cash in hand. They said $30,898. I said not for a car you have priced at $24k, I asked for an itemized list of everything that was added after the sale price. They couldn’t give me a real itemized list of everything, I have to pay taxes and registration there, okay I get that, but there was a $4224 “adjustment” fees. Apparently that’s everything they do to get the car ready to sell, that’s not my problem to pay after the fact, that should be in the price of the car. He was able to get it down to $29,500 after taking off low jack, which should’ve been off anyway considering he knew I didn’t live in Chicago in the first place. I not paying $30k for a $24k car. Long story short don’t buy from this dealership. They jack the price up to make more profit, they are greedy and out here trying to scam you! More
