I bought a used car from Zeigler on a Saturday and had to bring it in the very next Monday. I had a squeaking noise and the radio wouldn’t work. I have brought it 3 times for the same issue. The squeaking starts almost as I get home and it happens constantly when driving. Techs said they don’t hear anything but multiple people in my car driver ng with me hear all throughout our ride. Service rep Ruthie is great in spite of all these issues. The funny thing is the sales manager said all the tires treads were up to spec. The techs told me twice that 3 tires were well below safety guidelines. I truly wonder if they had anybody look over the car before they sold it. I’m getting the sinking feeling they sold me a lemon. I know it’s sometimes a gamble with used cars, I just thought a Cadillac dealer would be more reputable and go over the vehicle to make sure it’s safe to drive. More

Solved my issues for a new front liscent plate holder as my car was shipped to Indiana / not requiring front lisc plate. I bought the car I wanted from the Indiana dealership.. ( Gurley-Leep ). After sev my car was shipped to Indiana / not requiring front lisc plate. I bought the car I wanted from the Indiana dealership.. ( Gurley-Leep ). After several calls, (45 days) Gurley said it’s not available.! Zeigler ordered the bracket in 10 minutes . I paid cash for a new car. I expect that Cadillac and / or Gurley pay me for the front lisc plate . I am 78 years in age and expect better treatment from Gurley.
