I purchased the car Dec 2024 with the right back lamp melted slightly, was told to bring it in the next day so it can be fixed. Yazmin saw the car the next day, they tried to clean it said they needed to melted slightly, was told to bring it in the next day so it can be fixed. Yazmin saw the car the next day, they tried to clean it said they needed to order another lamp, would take till Feb to come in and than they would replace it. No call feb 2025, called no enquire and was told I would get a call back no one called back. Brought my car in for service last week asked Yazmin about it again she said she would call, never received a call. Brought my car in yesterday because my car was not fixed properly last week and asked Yazmin again about it to which she responds I would have to speak with sales to get approval for this fix. I was shocked,because mind you she was the one who saw the car the next day after purchase and was helping ordering the car part. IN FACT I HAVE A VOICEMAIL FROM Yazmin TELLING ME BACK IN DEC 2024 about the part needing to be ordered and would be ready in Feb. I spoke to parts today that confirmed they have the lamp, spoke to services who have no paper trail of this service to be rendered. This is extremely unprofessional and I believe I have been very patient so far. More
