I recently traveled from Houston to Chicago when my vehicle suddenly began misfiring on the way. Being out of town and dealing with car trouble was extremely stressful, but Zeigler dealership truly wen vehicle suddenly began misfiring on the way. Being out of town and dealing with car trouble was extremely stressful, but Zeigler dealership truly went above and beyond for us. Even without an appointment, they kindly took our vehicle in as a courtesy after we explained that we were traveling from out of state. Their team was incredibly understanding, professional, and compassionate about our situation. What impressed me the most was their efficiency — they were able to diagnose and fix the issue in just one day. Throughout the entire process, their communication was excellent. They kept us informed, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Despite the circumstances, everyone we interacted with was friendly and respectful.
