I knew I could call on Steve Farley to help guide me through my options and the process. He listened carefully to my needs and yesterday I drove away in my new 2025 Murano. Besides having the excitement of buying a wonderful new vehicle, it's the personal and professional relationships that we've grown to appreciate over the years that makes the experience outstanding and keeps me a repeat customer. The expertise of the entire team, whether it's in the welcoming showroom (a shout-out to each of you), or Doug Rice, my service advisor, and the whole team in the service department, I'm always well taken care of, and that says it all - I am treated with kindness and professional, expert assistance. Though our sales and finance representatives were great, I have a complaint regarding the dealership. The car we bought only had 1 key fob. I requested a second one, but was told i could purchase another on I have a complaint regarding the dealership. The car we bought only had 1 key fob. I requested a second one, but was told i could purchase another one. I spent thousands and they could not spend 200. as a customer courtesy. Additionally, today, 1 day after picking up the car, the one and only key fob needed a new battery. I was fortunate in that I needed to go back to the dealer today and they did replace the battery. Otherwise I guess I may not have been able to drive the car until I spent more money for someone to come and help me. More
