From the moment I stepped into Younger Nissan of Frederick, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and most of all respect. My interactions with Frank Cordova were extremely positive. He explained the features of the Rogue, allowed me to test drive it to my home (to see if it would fit in my garage), and answered all of my questions. Frank was extremely mannerly and maintained excellent eye contact with me. Our conversation lasted about two hours prior to the test drive, and I never felt rushed. Frank provided me as much information as I needed to make a purchase decision without mentioning the cost of the Rogue, nor financing options. When it came time for my decision, Frank showed me the cost of the vehicle along with the incentives. I was very pleased with the deal he offered. I appreciated his straightforwardness and his humor (from time to time during our conversations). Paige Nicolao was just as helpful and professional with me during the financial part of my visit. I stated what my desires were, and she respected my viewpoint. She gave me options and did not pressure me. Her suggestions aligned with what I wanted, and it was easy to make financial decisions. (I appreciated her humor as well.) Overall, this was the BEST car-buying experience I have ever had! I had not intended to purchase any vehicle when I walked through the door, but my experience was so positive I knew it was the right choice to visit Younger Nissan of Frederick. The financial deal was great, and Frank and Paige were excellent! They made me feel like we had known each other for years. I will recommend this dealership and Frank and Paige to any family and friends who are searching for a new car. (The home delivery of the Rogue was an unexpected perk. Thank you!) More
