Scott emailed me when the car was finished showing what had been done and asked me to call if I had any questions. Here's what goes above and beyond, however - during the sales process Stafford Horetz offered to stop and switch vehicles with me whenever I need service since he lives near me. This is very much appreciated since I live in Greencastle and it is difficult to get time off work to run to Hagerstown and sit and wait for my vehicle. I also appreciate so very much the free oil changes and car washes for the life of the vehicle. Those two things alone helped make my decision to purchase the Outlander Sport instead of the Ford Escape. Thanks More
