I was very pleased with Brian Fearnow from the moment we met. I told him that i didnt know much about the entire process being its my first time trading and buying a car. May 2013 I was in the market for a used vehicle to replace my 2005 Chevrolet Equinox. I met with a Sales Person at the Toyota location, who is a friend of mine and I wanted to give him my business. replace my 2005 Chevrolet Equinox. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and knew what I was looking for in a vehicle and also took his time to find something that was right for me. I test drove a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox, was interested so the sales person and I went into the office at the Mitsubishi location. Your Sales Manager Stafford Horetz was so arogant and humiliating, after talking to him it wouldn't have mattered how much I wanted that Equinox I would not purchase a vehicle through Mr. Horetz. I believe the sales person was embarassed by the way I was treated and in the manner the sales manager represented Younger Mitsubishi. More

They where very friendly. My issue was that they told me I need work done and that for everything I would need that it would be around 5500. I decided to go somewhere cheaper and when they gave me the bill, I need work done and that for everything I would need that it would be around 5500.
