Scott went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied, They had the car the next day ready to go, at the time of pickup Hayden was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Honda Accord, he was so patient with us and helped us understand every feature of the car. We tried to cancel the gap insurance on our Honda purchased from this dealership back when it was Ensign. I was able to get ahold of Scott pretty quickly to ask him how to do it. He sent me a form to purchased from this dealership back when it was Ensign. I was able to get ahold of Scott pretty quickly to ask him how to do it. He sent me a form to cancel the insurance but it was through Toyota and not Honda. He didn't explain that it was still the correct form, however. When I tried to get ahold of him to confirm that it was the correct form, he was impossible to get ahold of. I emailed and called several times, only to be told by the receptionist that he was unavailable and to leave a voicemail or email him. I had already tried both of these options, and it had been days. I eventually had to call the main Honda Financial phone number who was able to get ahold of Erica in their financial department. I listened on the phone as he got answers for me, and she confirmed that it was the correct form for me to fill out. She also left her phone number with the representative and said that I can call back with any questions. A few days after that, I tried to get ahold of Erica by calling the number she gave me. The receptionist answered and told me that Erica didn't work in the finance department anymore and she wasn't available. Really? In a matter of days? Granted, we no longer live in Logan so stopping by to fill out the paperwork isn't an option. We filled out the paperwork and sent it to the dealership. Initially, Scott told us it would be about 6-8 weeks for it to process. After confirming that it had been 8 weeks and noticing that the refund for the gap still hadn't been applied to our account, we attempted to get a hold of the dealership once again to see what was going on. Yet again, no one was available to talk to and I was told to leave a voicemail. I tried calling Honda Financial who said they basically couldn't help me. Finally, my husband was able to get Scott on the phone who told me he had no way of checking to see if the paperwork was received. He told us to leave a voicemail for Erica, who wouldn't be in for a few days because she processes the paperwork. Suddenly, Erica works for the finance department again. It is no surprise that we haven't heard back from the dealership. My husband was finally able to call Toyota (our gap insurance) who confirmed that they received the paperwork at the end of January, but the information filled out by the dealership was not complete. They said they have tried to contact the dealership about the missing information and never heard back. Luckily, my husband was able to give them the information they needed and it is finally processing. I can't tell you what a hassle this has been, especially for something so easy and should have taken no time at all. I'm not sure if its the new owners that have made it so horrible, because I really liked Ensign. I will be telling all my friends and family to avoid this place. More

I received very kind and caring service when I purchased my beautiful new 2014 Honda Accord a week and a half ago. Bracken was a pleasure to work with. The car I chose was all shiny and ready to test drive my beautiful new 2014 Honda Accord a week and a half ago. Bracken was a pleasure to work with. The car I chose was all shiny and ready to test drive. Bracken went with me as I "test drove" the car and usually having someone with me, intimidates me, but Bracken was fun and helpful when I asked questions. When I drove back to the dealership Bracken found me a comfortable place to sit while he got a copy of my insurance card and drivers license. He offered a soft drink to me. Then Bracken took me back out to the car I chose and explained the car from one end to the other. Not all cars are alike, that's for sure. I really appreciate the patience Bracken had with me as I asked all kinds of questions about my soon to be new car . The thing I usually dread about buying a new car is the paperwork. It usually seems like it takes HOURS. When Bracken was sure that I was comfortable with the questions I had asked, sometimes twice, he took me to the office of Scott Cooley to sign the paperwork. Another very pleasant experience! Mr Cooley had all the paperwork ready to sign and I really appreciate how friendly be was and how fast that process went. I left the YOUNG AUTO MALL in my new Honda Accord, happy with the service, the price of the car, the beautiful color that I had been looking for, and of course the awesome new car smell!! More
