Not only did he give me a great value on my trade in, but he found us a fantastic car that was all but brand new. He worked with us diligently and didn’t stop until we found something we were satisfied with. It took some work and we went through 3 different cars but he finally found the one. The price was more than fair, there was no need to haggle, and the rate was better than I had imagined. Now my family and I have a great mid-size SUV that’s new, reliable, safe, and above all has more room which we needed. If there is anything I could say about Josh and Young Toyota it would be that they definitely seem to know what customer service looks like, and how it should be executed.
