The third visit was a much more complete and thorough look at Toyota assisted by Greg Galloway. The fourth time was to meet with Greg Galloway regarding lease vs. buy. We decided to lease and negotiated with Greg. The following Monday we picked up the car and Kyle gave us a stem-to-stern class on the car. During the length of our experience Kyle kept in touch with us by telephone. We found all the staff with whom we dealt to be knowledgeable, up-front, and professional.
