Edwin was fantastic. From his follow up to his follow through, he alone was the reason why we continued to do business here. Brad had the wrong parts ordered for the running boards, so Edwin was able to find the correct parts after they were installed and was able to get this resolved. Kept us updated on each step of the process with appropriate timelines. If anyone is to be modeled for best practices, Edwin is the gold standard. Barbara Choate was fine but after our test drive and agreement to purchase the vehicle, she wasn’t responsive and kept deferring to the sales manager Brad for everything. Brad Staples, the sales manager, was cold and distant. Was not welcoming at all during any of the follow up visits to get the accessories installed on my vehicle. Disappointed with his lack of service and support. Took him 3 weeks to order parts and schedule the install. Not sure why it took that long and he never apologized for the delays nor did he explain why it took that long to get it sorted. Armando, the finance manager, got us through the paperwork quickly. Upsold us on some products in exchange for a better interest rate. That exchange wasn’t the best as it made us feel like we were taken advantage of. Typical sales tactic, not appreciated. Josh Bouffard, met us on the first trip to install accessories. Did not run down any of the parts to validate correct parts and did not provide a timeline for completion. Not sure why we even spoke with him. Totally useless interaction. What’s he there for anyway? Overall, the experience we had at this dealership was 2 of 5 stars. Only because we got a decent price for the truck and Edwin got us sorted out when no one else could. Definitely would not recommend purchasing from this dealership. Service however, impeccable, as long as you work with Edwin. More
