I purchased a 2025 Trailblazer at Young Chevrolet (Dallas) on May 31, 2025, trading in my 2020 Camaro with $4,000 down. The vehicle was defective and damaged. The body shop kept my vehicle without co (Dallas) on May 31, 2025, trading in my 2020 Camaro with $4,000 down. The vehicle was defective and damaged. The body shop kept my vehicle without contacting me in the 7 day return grace period, forcing me to get another vehicle that carried a higher monthly payment than originally agreed. None of this was conveyed to me before hand. Despite liking the Trailblazer, the dealership’s lack of transparency and professionalism made this my worst car-buying experience. I've got a lot more to say but this won't allow a long message. More

My car was not complete. I didn’t get the opportunity to speak to service manager when asked. Instead Olly picked up the call. Young Chevrolet doesn’t offer loaners and they I didn’t get the opportunity to speak to service manager when asked. Instead Olly picked up the call. Young Chevrolet doesn’t offer loaners and they make it very inconvenient for customers. I had to wait 6 hours for them to tell me my battery was the problem on a brand new car. The wait was unacceptable and the issue was unacceptable. Then once again my car was filthy on the inside. I have asked once before to please use floor, seat and steering wheel protectors and once again it wasn’t done. There was oil and dirt on my floor mat and my seat was nasty, console was nasty and my steering wheel was nasty. Now my car you put a new battery in but didn’t fix any of the other issues that come with putting in a new battery. Onstar isn’t working and I pay for it. My Chevy app isn’t working because onstar is t working the date and time is wrong in my car and these are all things that since you kept my car for 6 HOURS should have been taken care of and made sure they working before I left. Since you make it inconvenient by not having loaners I had to take off from work Olly knew this so why not make sure everything worked before I left? Yes I was upset about being there for 6 hours but what other alternative did I have. I would have much rather my car been totally fixed so I would t have to come back. Now because I was told to leave and call Chevy/ Onstar on my own to see if they could fix it when I mentioned before I left more than once that the dealership needed to fix it because you all where the ones that set it up I was still told to do it myself and then let him know what they said. I did that when I should not have I should have stayed. On the phone with Chevy/Onstar an hour for them to tell me what I already knew. The dealership needed to fix it. Now I am in a situation. I cannot leave my car it’s my only transportation, and I can’t take another day off to sit up there for 6 hours for you all not to fix my car again. I told Olly I can bring when I get off on Monday but of course that’s too late for the technicians because I get off at 4:00. It will take at least 45 mins to get there. I do apologize for the long message but this is very upsetting. I have mentioned all of this to Olly. He is very aware. I would like a call from the service manager. Let me be clear Olly is a good service advisor however I want to speak to the manager. Thank you Ms. Howard More
