!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe from this dealership at the beginning of December of 2025. I was BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe from this dealership at the beginning of December of 2025. I was super happy got a good price on the truck, payment was where it needed to be, the truck drove great on the way home. About 5 days into owning this vehicle the nightmare started. I was experiencing slipping gears from the transmission and hard shifts. The trans was failing 5 DAYS after I bought this RELIABLE QUALITY vehicle. When I called the dealership to see what the next steps were I was told to use the warranty I was sold. My salesperson assured me that they would cover it. So instead of taking it an hour and a half back to the dealership, I took it to a mechanic 20 mins from my house that accepts the warranty that Yosh sells. The first thing the mechanic said to me, you bought this 5 days ago??? that not alot of time. So he proceeded to submit the claim. In the meanwhile I rented a car so I can continue my everyday life as normal as possible. It took the warranty company almost 3 weeks to send out an inspector(3 WEEKS OF RENTING A VEHICLE AFTER I JUST PURCHASED ONE). When he eventually made it out there, He denied the claim for PRE EXISTING CONDITIONS on January 6, 2026. So i called the dealership with the results, my salesperson told me the Mechanic did the claim wrong, she did everything in her power not to help me, she refused to come pick the truck up telling me that I have to drive the truck to them or pay out of pocket to have it towed there. She said they have a tow truck at the dealership and then they didn't have one. She told me that they had a loaner vehicle, so I didn't have to rent a car any longer but then denied she even said that, she even told me that it was currently being used by someone else. At this point I have already extended my rental another week(4th week in a rental). Finally on January 12 it got worked out that a tow truck would come get the truck from my house and bring it to dealership(OH AND I EXTENDED MY RENTAL ANOTHER WEEK(5 weeks). When the truck got to the dealership the sales person told me that the claim was submitted(SAME ISSUE WITH THE SAME VIN NUMBER).On January 20 I was told that the claim was submitted and approved and the work will start on January 23.(OH YEAH ANOTHER WEEK EXTENSION ON MY RENTAL 6 Weeks). Then I got ghosted for 8 days(AND ANOTHER WEEK RENTAL EXTENSION 7 Weeks). January 28 I got a text from Yarisa stating she got an updated claim and it was approved and that they can now order the trans, which she said they did 8 days prior. I received another text that day stating there is a 2 week delay on the trans. So i have to wait even longer(OH AND EXTEND MY RENTAL ANOTHER WEEK 8 WEEKS). So I decided to just show up at the dealership unannounced and speak with the general manager, who wasn't available, So I ended up talking to Felix, the finance manager. After telling him the tragic tale of my experience with his dealership, he began looking into everything i was telling him. He came to the conclusion that i was lied to repeatedly, There was never a claim submitted by the service department, and the transmission was never ordered until I walked in the door. He told me her would reach out to the owner of the dealership to talk about some sort of reimbursement for the rental. They offered me 600 bucks towards my $2500 bill. I refused the offer and will take other avenues to retrieve my money. But thats not it folks as of yesterday march 15 the control arms on the truck failed and almost steered me off the road that only guna cost me another $1500 three months after I purchased the RELIABLE QUALITY car from YOSH MOTORS. So if you want to keep spending money go buy a car from YOSH, Im sure they will have your back too!!! More
Beware of their scam packages that that make you must buy in order to purchase the car. They advertise a lower price to make you come and they won’t sell you the car without buying their illegally must buy p in order to purchase the car. Had the most pleasant experience I have ever had a car dealership when I walked into Yosh Motors in Somerville, NJ. I was seen to within the shortest time by Jess, who went me in a test drive, all the wh dealership when I walked into Yosh Motors in Somerville, NJ. I was seen to within the shortest time by Jess, who went me in a test drive, all the while explaining all the features of the Range Rover I had come there to buy. The resulting purchase was seamless with Felix the Manager and I would recommend them any day to anybody looking for a pleasant, knowledgeable and seamless experience in buying a luxury car. More
