We were able to get our car in quickly which was nice, but then the appointment was missing, the person working on our car left and I guess they forgot about us for over a week, the work was eventually do but then the appointment was missing, the person working on our car left and I guess they forgot about us for over a week, the work was eventually done well, but I got updates only when I called to find out what was happening. Everyone was very polite, but the cost of repairs was very high. I guess you take the good with the bad. More

I have never had so much trouble with a car that I bought. So very frustrating. However, the personnel, John the salesman, Ryan the manager, Mark the service tech, and Diane customer service, couldn’t bought. So very frustrating. The people were nice and work was fine. The second issue came when I receive the call on the 23rd about my can and I approved the work, the person told me it would be finished that day or first thing in the morning. Well I received a text on 25th that my car was finished. So the issue I had was time expectations set by the service department was not met. More
