Purchased a new ,2022, Ram 5500 in Dec. 2022. In May with 7,000 miles it lost all forward gears. Had it towed to York where it took 6 weeks to get repaired. More

My salesman Josh was outstanding, everything else was questionable. The process took over 7 hours. Finance was sketchy, and the service department experience sucked .
