I see a lot of cosmetic and staff changes that I pray this dealership will rise from the ashes like a phoenix but I am continuing to be put on hold when I call service only to leave voicemails that never this dealership will rise from the ashes like a phoenix but I am continuing to be put on hold when I call service only to leave voicemails that never gets returned, never enough diesel technicians for the workload, and promised schedules never meet. This isn’t just York issues this has been an ongoing issue at this location since the past 3 owners since I have been coming. This in no way has made me look elsewhere for my vehicle needs and service I just want to see this location do great things that don’t make me look bad when I tell someone to go there only to be told later they weren’t happy there.
