They really do have talented mechanics. I was kept up-to-date by my customer service representative Joshua. He was outstanding. My Jeep sat for seven weeks in the same spot. But when the parts came, it was fixed immediately! I’ll buy a car there. Not a problem. Great service. More
To start, I had an appointment on Wednesday 8/9 at 10:30am. By end of business that day my van wasn’t even looked at! Zero diagnosis! The next day they finally got around to figuring out the problem 10:30am. By end of business that day my van wasn’t even looked at! Zero diagnosis! The next day they finally got around to figuring out the problem and I was told it was “a lot of work to take it apart” to figure out the problem and it would be too much work to put it back together to give me my van back while we wait for the part. I requested a loaner and I was told there wasn’t a loaner. I work 3 jobs and I had to figure out transportation this whole time! We finally got the van back on Friday 8-18. However that was after my husband telling them we HAD to have it back to move my son to school. They told my husband the part wasn’t expected in until 8/21. Luckily it came in and the van was repaired and we were able to pick it up on 8/18. I just think it’s unacceptable to 1) not even diagnose the problem the day I had an appointment and then 2 keep it for over a week waiting on parts because it was too much work to put it back together and not at the very least give me a loaner! More
