I took my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee to York for an oil I took my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee to York for an oil change service on 9/10. The washer fluid low light was on when I left the car with them. When my vehicle was returned to me the low washer fluid light was still on despite being marked it had been filled on the work order. When the error was brought to the attention of the young woman who checked me out, she went to the service area. Someone returned from the service area and asked for the keys to my car. No explanation, no apology for the mistake, just "can I have your keys." I declined and asked to speak with the service manager. I explained to the service manager about the washer fluid. I also explained to him I had concerns about my brakes as they have been squealing. The measurements on the work order indicated the brake pads were in good shape. I explained I had little confidence in the information on the work order based on the issue with the washer fluid. The service manager filled the washer fluid and used a tool to measure the brake pads there on the lot without lifting the car. His measurements were the same as the invoice for the front brake pads, but were 3mm less for both rear pads. The shops measurements were unreliable just as I had thought. The next week, I received a call asking if I had received my survey in email. I informed the young lady on the phone I had not but would like to complete a survey because my visit did not go well. She apologized and expressed that someone by the name of Katera could give me a call that day. I requested Katera call back on a specific day due to my work schedule. I did not receive a call from Katera. The morning following the day Katera was to call, I called Katera from my workplace and spoke with her. Katera stated she had her days mixed up and apologized for not calling. Because I was at work, we made arrangements for Katera to expect a call from me between 2p-3p. When I called to York shortly after 2p (approx 2:10p) I was informed Katera was at lunch and would call me back. Today is 10/6 and I have not heard from and do not expect to hear from Katera. This is not my first poor experience with this dealership; however, it is my last time taking my vehicle to them and expecting they will provide quality service, because they do not. My first clue should have been they don't even take the time to get up from their work stations to greet you when you pull into their garage. More

I love the express service for oil changes and tire rotations. Also they check my car for several things while there. So I feel safe to travel. Took 5 days to diagnose issue. Poor communication I had to call to get updates or else I was not contacted until 5 minutes before COB to say they were keeping it again.
