I came in for an oil change, had no problem and was out in about an hour and a half. Don't know the girls name but she thought it would be two hour wait so less than thought. Everyone I had talked to that day was super nice. My sales guy even took me to the service area and introducedme to them and where I needed to go for oil changes or if I had any other problem. I was disappointed in service. I was told I had a 3/36k to be charged 350$ 4 diagnostic test & oil change. Unbelievable!
