I then used this Jeep as a trade-in and have been trying since June to get a refund for the service contract - that was never even used. First, it took several calls to get the Finance Manager, Rob Couser actually on the phone. Then it took a couple reminder voicemails to get him to actually send me the paperwork. Upon receipt, I got it filled out and returned to him promptly. Called him to verify receipt and he let me know he did, in fact, receive the paperwork. Several days pass and Rob calls to let me know that while I do qualify for a refund, he had to send me a different form because they were in the middle of "changing the servicer" of their service contracts. Received new paperwork, go through the process again - fill it out, return within a couple of days, verify he received updated paperwork - yes, yes and yes. I received the GAP insurance refund from the loan provider within four weeks but nothing from the dealership for the service contract. It has now been 12 weeks, I've still gotten no refund and of course, Rob is no longer returning my calls. DO NOT SPEND YOUR VERY HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!! 0 of 10, would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars, I would. More
Absolutely horrible when it comes to service these people are Crooks and the service manager is a joke she acts like she has no clue what she is doing she is very rude my vehicle spend so much time and their are Crooks and the service manager is a joke she acts like she has no clue what she is doing she is very rude my vehicle spend so much time and their shop Chrysler themselves sent me a check 4 a month payment then when it was all said and done my truck still is not fixed right and they lost the center caps to both of my front wheels and they do not want to replace them More

First my service wrighter Terry was as usual a pleasure to work with, now there was an issue with a woman that came out of an office and was yelling at me her CUSTOMER that I can't be in the shop because to work with, now there was an issue with a woman that came out of an office and was yelling at me her CUSTOMER that I can't be in the shop because of insurance reasons, I was there to remind the technician to wipe any spilled oil off the frame, I was about to tell her off and stay out of my business and my $65,000 Ram pickup, when she then rudely berated her employees in front of me , these employees are part of your team and try to do a good job, it's clear to me the CUSTOMER she cares nothing about her customers and even less about her employees, my suggestion would be to terminate this power hungary narcissistic women as quickly as possible so as not to loose customers and more importantly valued employees, but again Terry my service wrighter was great to deal with he Gets it.....
