They ran my credit without approval and added $1795 to the cost that was told to us the night before. We were preapproved my our bank and we told them several times not to run our credit. excellent - 2015 Chrysler Town & Country Part had to be ordered. It took almost two weeks. Terry always does an excellent job. TAKE YOUR $ ELSEWHERE! This was the worst experience w/ any business I’ve ever had. They clearly left my vehicle in WORSE condition than when I brought it to them. I took my 03 Dodge Ram 1500 in for a h any business I’ve ever had. They clearly left my vehicle in WORSE condition than when I brought it to them. I took my 03 Dodge Ram 1500 in for a hyper flash issue when using my flashers & left/right turn signals. I was told by the service writer Landon that I needed to pay for a diagnostic in order to confirm the issue. After “confirming” my TIPM module needed to be replaced ($900), in addition my front module needed replacement too (another $900). Upon completion Landon called me & stated the truck was finished & ready for pick up. Arrived, paid for diagnostic, parts & services then went to inspect the vehicle only to find I still had the exact same issue going on....$1,800 later. STEALership apologized & stated they would continue to work on it. Next I was told it was the cluster, which would be another 2 weeks & $300. They would have to ship it off to the mfr & have it rebuilt but due to the lack of confidence I’d had they offered to split the cost with me to have this performed. Over 2 weeks later & after not hearing anymore I followed up myself & was told by Landon that not only had it already come back but that the mfr confirmed there was nothing wrong with it & worked perfectly. Go figure. Over the next 4 weeks I was told my LED 3rd brake light and/or license plate light were the issue but were swapped with OEM replacements & the issue remained. I finally called the service manager Christina for a rental vehicle as my truck had now been there for a month. I was told they didn’t have a rental and even if they did I would only be able to use it for 5 days! In addition she attempted to make it sound like she was doing me some kind of favor by doing this additional diagnostic free of charge (around “25 hours of free labor” is how it was phrased) to which I reminded her that I had already been told the issue was fixed & the truck was ready for pick up when clearly it wasn’t. If additional labor time was needed prior to stating completion to resolve the issue I could understand that scenario but that’s not what happened. Truck has now been there over a month so by doing the math their tech was spending an average of 1 hour a day on my vehicle to which I’d already paid $1,800 toward a repair that still didn’t exist. Next was a “mfr engineer” (that never showed) would be diagnosing it. Finally fed up & in desperation (about a month & half of not having my vehicle) I agreed that if they could simply disable the audio noise I would just pick the truck up. Was called around 5 days later saying the audio hyper flash noise was cancelled through soldering (dash still flashed “bulb out” & hyper flash in the flashers & signals still exists) & that again, the truck was ready for pick up. Picked up the truck & several days later went to use the grab bar to get in & the entire assembly snapped clean out & almost busted by head falling backward out of the truck! Upon inspection found no shards of plastic, hardware that holds the grab bar in place were completely stripped out & that the mounting points had clearly been previously busted out. Immediately called the dealership & asked for Christina who instructed me to “bring it on in”. Upon arrival the technician stated that “it was already like that but was able to get one of the mounts to hold”. Ok....so if that’s true why wasn’t that relayed to me upon picking up the vehicle? Are there any other items I should be made aware of that your clearly lying about?? A few days later another driver starts drifting in my lane so I go to lay on my horn in an attempt to notify the other driver I was there...nothing! Come to find out my horn now no longer works making it impossible for my vehicle to pass inspection & more importantly knowingly leaving me in a potentially dangerous situation on the road! AGAIN, immediately called & asked for Christina. Was told “she’s on the other line & would have to return my call” which of course never happened. THIS STEALERSHIP LACKS OWNERSHIP, HONESTY, COMPETENCY & MUCH MORE! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED More
