The down side of Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen is the neglect in customer service and attention to the defects in the vehicles they have sold. The 2020 VW Jetta I purchased new 5 weeks ago with currently less than 3k miles Bluetooth and infotainment system is not working at all. Upon reaching out to the dealership, I was advised there is a wait in excess of a week. The young lady I talked with in person spoke down to us because it couldn’t be VW’s fault that the system is malfunctioning because “machinery breaks and a car is a machine”. If you choose to purchase from this establishment, Manuela is a perfect salesperson. Unfortunately Manuela’s professionalism does not extend throughout the business and I would recommend considering another dealership as North Nashville Volkswagen is just a short drive away. More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE! I bought my car here about 11 months ago. I still haven't received my car antenna. I talked to the representative false hopes all the time and I took it up wi my car here about 11 months ago. I still haven't received my car antenna. I would drive down there but I am 1 hour away! I keep calling and they say his busy or with a customer. I dont recommend this place for business at ALL!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could!!! We came in and bought a 2019 VW Atlas last year with Erica and she was phenomenal. We had such a great experience that we came back again almost a year later for our 2nd car. I spent the entire day there with him (9 a.m - 6 p.m) looking at all of Wyatt Johnson's Certified Pre-owned cars, we drove to each dealership in Clarksville that was Wyatt Johnson and Kevin was so amazing in helping me find the perfect fit. He really made it a personal goal of his to help me find the right fit and stay within the budget that i requested. It's a shame we will be leaving the area soon, this place is amazing and I cannot thank Kevin and Erica enough. Jorge as well, if I'm spelling it correctly, was also very helpful with the initial financing. We've worked with this team twice and they really make it a point to help you in any which way possible. With their new lifetime warranty as well, no one in the area can really compete with them, especially in their sales representatives who are so kind, courteous and professional. Just outstanding and these people deserve the utmost recognition. More
