I had the pleasure of working with Service Advisor Casey Adams, and I can confidently say that Casey's assistance was instrumental in resolving issues with my 2024 Toyota Tundra Platinum. As a brand new mod Adams, and I can confidently say that Casey's assistance was instrumental in resolving issues with my 2024 Toyota Tundra Platinum. As a brand new model, my Tundra presented some unexpected challenges, and without the expertise and dedication of Casey, the experience could have been considerably more stressful. Casey Adams demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism and proficiency in addressing the concerns I had with my vehicle. From the moment I explained the issues, Casey's approach was not only attentive but also reassuring. It's evident that Casey possesses a deep understanding of automotive intricacies, particularly when dealing with the latest models. What truly stood out in Casey's service was the ability to communicate complex technical details in an accessible manner. Casey took the time to thoroughly explain the nature of the issues, potential solutions, and the steps involved in the resolution process. This transparency instilled a sense of trust and confidence, making the entire experience remarkably positive. In the realm of new car ownership, uncertainties and concerns are almost inevitable. However, with Casey Adams on the team, I felt supported and informed every step of the way. Casey's commitment to customer satisfaction went above and beyond my expectations. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly endorse Casey Adams for anyone seeking a Service Advisor who combines technical proficiency with exceptional customer service. Casey's dedication transformed what could have been a daunting experience into a positive and reassuring journey. Without a doubt, a five-star commendation is well-deserved for the outstanding service provided. - Chase D. More

I purchased my Camry new from this dealership this summer (2023). That was an average experience with nothing exceptional either way. My review isnāt about that but about their service departmentā¦ I ran over (2023). That was an average experience with nothing exceptional either way. My review isnāt about that but about their service departmentā¦ I ran over a tiny piece of metal less than an inch square, it pierced through my tire and caused a very slow leak. I brought my car where I purchased it. Mistake. I took the tire off and put the spare on myself, when I dropped my car off the tire was in the trunk. I told them if it could be patched I wanted it patched (the car and tires had 4,100 miles). I was sent an estimate for a whole new tire $360, a shop fee ~$50, and taxes of $81. Almost $500 for a new tire. I texted my service advisor, Paul, asking if the tire could not be patched. I then called and spoke to Paul who told me he was, ājust about to call meā. He said the tire could not be patched, he never mentioned that perhaps it was the dealershipās policy to not patch tires, just that it couldnāt be patched. He then went on saying he didnāt know how I did things but if it were him he would get two new tires so the wear on one wouldnāt affect the drive or alignment on the other three. I explained that one new tire wouldnāt affect anything as all of them were basically brand new with only 4,100 miles on them. He didnāt sound excited with my answer, then said they didnāt have that exact tire in stock so theyād have to order it and replace it the next day. After thinking about this I called back to say Iād be coming by to see the tire myself so I could make an informed decision about how I wanted to proceed, I expected to see the tire off the rim so I could look at the interior puncture. My tire was still in the trunk, still on the rim, the metal piece was still in the tire, and there werenāt any new hand or finger marks on the rim which had some road grime making my hand marks very visible. I asked what made them determine the tire was not patchable. I was told the inspection revealed the tire was not patchable. I asked what inspection? I pointed out the tire wasnāt moved, wasnāt touched, and clearly wasnāt looked at. I then took out the metal piece by hand, revealing the actual puncture area to be less than the size of a pen tip, and asked why such a small puncture wasnāt patchable, that Iāve had tires patched with punctures 1/4ā square successfully and safely. I also asked why the metal wasnāt removed for inspection. I was told the inspectors must have put the metal piece back in after looking at it. I tried and could not put the metal back in, it was obviously never removed. At this point I could clearly see I was being lied to and given the run around so I told them I would be taking the tire somewhere else for a second opinion. They were shocked I wasn't leaving the car there, they genuinely expected me to take the tire but leave my car. I was then told they would have to take the new tire off my ticket but Iād have to pay for the tire inspection. I asked what I was paying for since the tire wasnāt moved or even touched. I was told they dunk the tire in water to find the leak. First, I said, you can see where the leak is there was a piece of metal sticking out of the tire. Then I pointed out that the tire was never wet, my trunk is dry, and the tire is still just as dirty as it was when I dropped it off. I was then told they sprayed soapy water on it to find the leak. By this point I was beyond appalled. I could not believe that a large dealership would this blatantly lie, take advantage, and try to scam me out of not only $500 for one tire, but $1000 for two tires, and was now attempting to charge me for services never rendered. I started pointing out all of these things in front of everybody when I was quietly ushered out, handed my keys, and thanked for coming in. I took my car to a very reputable tire shop and paid $35 to have my tire fixed. If I didnāt know better Paul at Wyatt Johnson Toyota would have taken me for $1000 over a $35 fix. Shameful. More
