I had service two plus weeks ago. This is the second negative survey I have filled out. I have called and have not received a call back. The work performed on my 4Runner was below expectations. Since Casey left, I find it hard to find good service. The tires were rotated, aligned and balanced along with an oil change. Valve stem covers are missing. Shaking in steering wheel. I’m guessing they don’t check their work. More
