Wright Hyundai in Wexford is the most unethical and unprofessional car dealership I have ever dealt with. When I first discussed a price for a 2023 Santa Fe calligraphy I told the salesperson I wanted unprofessional car dealership I have ever dealt with. When I first discussed a price for a 2023 Santa Fe calligraphy I told the salesperson I wanted to the price at no more than $41,000 to $42,000. We went into the office & he talked to the sales mgr & came back with $42,927. I said that was too high. He then told me he would get it down to $42,500 and would I accept that price. I told him that yes I would accept his offer of $42,500. Then the next day when I came in to sign the contract they had put the price back up to $42,927. They didn’t even tell me that they did that, I just happened to notice it. I told the finance person & he in turn called in the sales mgr. The sales mgr came in the office, did not even say hello, he simply said “I will not honor the $42,500 price that the sales person gave you”. Extremely rude! He did some things on his computer and then said “I will give you a price of $42,750”. He would take a whole $177 off of the $42,927 to make it $42,750. As if he is doing me a favor by taking $177 off the $42,927 price. I said, again, that the salesperson agreed to sell me the car at a price of $42,500 and I expect it to be honored. He said “NO” and that he was going to tear up the contract. I told him fine and that I could not believe they would not honor the agreement that their salesperson & I made. I would give them a negative “10” if I could! More

He was tall with dark hair. He told me it would be a month out for an appt. I asked him why it takes so long to get an appt. He said that all Hyundai dealers are like this. I told him that I love my car but I’ll never buy another Hyundai because of this. I scheduled an appt for the beginning of January and told him that by then I will have probably have gone somewhere else except for the recall. He could have cared less. I wouldn’t be buying another Hyundai. More

My 4-month-old 2023 Hyundai Kona N Line, at 1700 mi. , had an oil gasket leak and told it was a MONTH before they could even get my car in. It was an extra day and returned to me and problem was worse. Fixed it finally on the 3rd day, missed my appointments. My solution, got rid of a new car and never do business with them again. More

Sales and Service are horrible. Sales offered 3000.00 less than other Hyundai dealerships. Service is scheduling 4-6 weeks out. Quik Service is usually 2-3 hrs .Not very Quick! I was trying to buy a new car I was told several times it was available so I decided to do the finance part online the next morning I get a txt saying it’s not available then two minutes later it was availab was available so I decided to do the finance part online the next morning I get a txt saying it’s not available then two minutes later it was available then 20-30 minutes later it wasn’t I tried to ask if they actually ran my credit with no answer so I emailed someone I know there just to get a bunch of excuses that they don’t control there website that Hyundai corporate has there had in it there site is finicky just excuses and the best part the car is still listed for sale sorry for the run on sentence. Wright Hyundai does not care about customer service. Last year I had to make an appointment to get my 7000 mile oil change. Took me a month and half to get in. And person on the phone argued with me that that it has always been first come first serve. I have to now come and wait. So my time isn't valuable as a healthcare provider and depending on the day was told I could wait 3 to 5 hours to get it changed. That is just ridiculous. I will never use them for service again or purchase another car with them. More

Unfortunately, we have had our new vehicle in for repairs twice in the last six months. While picking up our Tucson today, Dan the "service manager" was reluctant to address one of his service technicians after he made obscene gestures towards my family and I while we were transferring our car seat from the rental back to our vehicle. This service tech, Jake, was pulling another customer's vehicle around when he became angry, threw up his hands, and sped off around us and up to the service entrance. Although we previously had a great experience with Cory in the service department, we were disappointed in the way we were treated today by the rest of the staff. Dan from service encouraged us to go ahead and write a review for their department. More
