We had a great experience with Jeff Young in sales when we bought our brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited in October. Unfortunately, we have had our new vehicle in for repairs twice in the last six month we bought our brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited in October. Unfortunately, we have had our new vehicle in for repairs twice in the last six months. While picking up our Tucson today, Dan the "service manager" was reluctant to address one of his service technicians after he made obscene gestures towards my family and I while we were transferring our car seat from the rental back to our vehicle. This service tech, Jake, was pulling another customer's vehicle around when he became angry, threw up his hands, and sped off around us and up to the service entrance. Although we previously had a great experience with Cory in the service department, we were disappointed in the way we were treated today by the rest of the staff. The worst dealership!! Seized motor after 80 days of purchase and they will not do anything to help out. The day after purchase I went back with problems and they told me to come back and when I did the purchase and they will not do anything to help out. The day after purchase I went back with problems and they told me to come back and when I did they ran me back and forth between departments and then never returned any calls. Scott the salesman did nothing and Zack the financial aid screwed my credit completely up running my applications thru 20 or more places. Do not buy anything from this dealership they do not care about you after you sign the paperwork. More
This has to be the WORST dealership I have ever delt with in my life!!! I would give them negative 10 stars if I could!! I have tried to call the general manager several times but it seems every time I call he isn't there! Now the state is goin to suspend my driver's license for failure to keep insurance on my vehicle, the one I traded in back in October because they have no record whatsoever of my new vehicle! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy they are absolutely horrible More
After purchasibg a 2021 Sonata, my daughter was involved in a terrible accident and totaled the vehicle. Having purchased an extended warranty, I inquired about a pro-rated refund through Lenny Donner in fi in a terrible accident and totaled the vehicle. Having purchased an extended warranty, I inquired about a pro-rated refund through Lenny Donner in finance. Mr. Donner was dishonest and evasive and incorrectly directed me to hyundai when he was certainly aware that the dealership issues the refund. After 2 months of frustrated dealings with the dealership I was sent a refund check that was 75.00 short of the amount hyundai confirmed. I brought to the attention of Mr. Donner via email last week and have received no reponse. In my opinion, this is the most dishonest business i have ever dealt with. I really wanted to buy another hyundai to replace the wrecked vehicle, but bought a toyota instead. I also bought another toyota to replace another vehicle. The best i can say about this dealer is buyer beware. More

Finance guy was very pushy on the extras and even tried to tack on something in the end I didn’t want. I got it removed, but still seemed super shady. I told Wright I had 2 months left on my lease. They financed me, took my old car and gave me a new one. I got BILLED for the old car because claim that I never mentioned that car to them. WHY would I g financed me, took my old car and gave me a new one. I got BILLED for the old car because claim that I never mentioned that car to them. WHY would I give them my car if I would still have to PAY for it!? That literally makes NO sense when I had other dealers offering to cover the car! Plus there are pull ahead deals so STOP IT. I filed a compliant with the BBB and they replied with a flat out lie saying that I TOLD him that I never discussed my car with them. There is a recorded call between Hyundai Finance, myself & Lenny that completely disputes that statement. They sent a check for half, but I think it's because they KNOW they're wrong but don't want to accept full responsibility for dropping the ball. So far, my sister, her fiance, one friend & THREE of my colleagues have purchased a total of 3 SUV's, 2 pick ups & a car since this incident - they all live near a Wright Automotive Group dealership but have not purchased from or even visited them because of the way they handled this issue after we've purchased FOUR CARS from them! I have WAY too many friends with money who buy cars often. And this is just not smart to have me constantly telling anyone who will listen about your shady financial dealings.#JustFixIt #YouKNOWYoureWrong #BuyerBeware More
