It would not be an issue excepet for my 2nd reason for the 4 stars, communication. I'm not going to name names, but my service tech, while a really nice guy, only called me when the truck was ready for pickup. Before that, despite saying he would call me at least 3 times, I always had to initiate the call. Over all I'm not at all unhappy, but fo 5 stars I don't want to have to be the one who initiates the communications. More

Took my new truck in for a recall. Work was done promptly, but when I asked for help with my connectivity, I was blown off and offered no assistance. Requested a tire rotation, was billed for it, but it was not done. I had marked my tires before getting there.
