I purchased my RV back in June. The paperwork was fubbed, but they didn't tell me, they just ignored the problem. Now I need help getting plates. The DMV says it's World Wide RV fau The paperwork was fubbed, but they didn't tell me, they just ignored the problem. Now I need help getting plates. The DMV says it's World Wide RV fault. World Wide RV conveniently says it's my fault. I had a horrible experience from start to finish with them. The salesman Guy was not honest about the unit. The office manager Jewlissa, was not helpful (25+ emails back and forth, without resolution, I should publish that email thread - talk about a hoot). The GM, Brian, didn't even try to understand the issue, before "siding" with Jewlissa completely. So no joke, I have owned this RV for almost 6 mo and I can get plates. They provided me with a second temporary plate but when it expires, what am I going to do then???? I honestly have no idea, there is no resolution coming. Do I have to tell you to avoid this place? I took my RV to WorldWide RV (WWRV) in June 2022 for several repairs. The main repair was to replace the bedroom slide out exterior floor base. WWRV stated they replaced it and billed my warranty compan several repairs. The main repair was to replace the bedroom slide out exterior floor base. WWRV stated they replaced it and billed my warranty company for the replacement, however, they lied regarding the materials used, the work was done with poor craftsmanship and the technician caused damage to the facia boards and the slide out's electrical cables. The technician also left debris all over the RV, used the toilets and left grease smeared on the floor. We presented this information to the Service Manager who confirmed the work was done poorly and that WWRV did not use the materials my warranty company was billed for. He agreed to have the work re-done. The RV was at WWRV for almost 2 months. In that time, they also replaced the rear AC. We were under the impression the slide was replaced properly until May 2023 when the slide would not open. We took the RV to another repair shop who have confirmed that WWRV ruined the slide. The internal flooring is buckling due to the exterior floor base being replaced incorrectly. The exterior portion of the floor base is rippled and the new repair shop states it needs to be completely replaced. The warranty company will not pay for the same repair to be done twice. The rear AC was replaced with the wrong AC and now does not have a heat strip. We now have a broken slide and incorrect AC due to WWRV and are unable to have either replaced because the warranty company will not cover the costs again. WWRV has behaved unethically and possibly criminally by falsifying billing to my warranty company and creating thousands of dollars of damage to my RV. I have filed a complaint with the BBB More
Terrible Experience My wife and I were looking for a nice little travel trailer and this place had some good deals posted online or so we thought. The one we decided on was marked down from $35,000 to a nice little travel trailer and this place had some good deals posted online or so we thought. The one we decided on was marked down from $35,000 to $19,000. We already had our financing set up but were told to get the sale price we had to finance through them. I asked how much more it would cost if we used our financing company and was informed that the price would increase by $8,000. So we tried to go World Wide with 10% down and they came back with an approval over a week later but we would have to put down 30% which was $6,000. The Good old boy routine that they do is so like 30 years ago. Buyers aren't that stupid anymore!! We left here and went to Camping World ( they were awesome ) bought a trailer for about the same price, only required 10% down and picked up our trailer 5 days later! If you want a great deal and buy from honest people then go to Camping World in New River, AZ and stay away from World Wide RV! This was my experience. J. Howard More

Purchased a used 2020 TT from Worldwide. During the final inspection I had two requests. The toilet was too low and needed a riser, secondly asked for a didital copy of the 400 page electronic control system. On delivery Worldwide did none of these two items. The next morning the battery on the rig was boiling away and could have caught on fire. Worldwide denies any responsibility and will do nothing. It appears that all the company and the sales person “Jim” care about is the money being paid for the unit. I have purchased 3 other TTS over the years and this is by far the worst experience. My label for the organization is that they are a bunch of C____ks. Buyer be ware. More

HORRIBLE Service Dept. !! I went in person on Monday Sept. 21st to set up an appt. for my 2006 35 ft. Jayco Seneca Motorhome and spoke to Russ. He said bring it in on Thur. the 24th. My step was stuck Sept. 21st to set up an appt. for my 2006 35 ft. Jayco Seneca Motorhome and spoke to Russ. He said bring it in on Thur. the 24th. My step was stuck out and would not retract, also I had no interior power, no generator, and no water flow. I explained to Russ that I had to have it back by Oct 12th ( 19 DAYS) as I was leaving town with it on Oct. 14th. I stopped by on Oct. 5th and asked Russ how it was going with the repairs. He looked at his computer and said he didn't have any updates, but would check and let me know. I never heard back. I began calling every day and leaving messages and never heard back from Russ. Richard took several of those messages. On Monday Oct. 12th at 2:30 , ( the day I was supposed to pick it up ) I finally got hold of Russ . I said Russ is my motorhome ready for pick up, he got pissed off and said he didn't know but would call me back by 3:30 . He called me back and said everything was working fine. I thanked him and said I would pick it up the next morning. When I received my motorhome that morning I began checking out all the previously failed systems. Now the step would not open out and was stuck under the coach, there was still no electric power, and no water, no generator !! I went back in and got Russ and the service tech to come out to my coach. I asked them to make everything work, and they could not ! I lost it and said " Russ you have had my coach for 20 f....ing days, and nothing works. Russ said as he and the tech walked away, " it's your f...ing problem now . " I went in to talk to the service manager Rick and was told he would see me soon. I was standing out side of Ricks office when Russ went in and leaned over and began talking to Rick. The door was open and I could see it all. Russ left and closed the door. I waited for about 10 minutes and then asked again to see Rick. I waited another 10 minutes or so and then just left. Also, about a year ago, my motor home was there for 3 months for some body work, Glad I didn't need it any time soon ! Got it back covered with over spray all over the cab and wind shield. And last but not least, before all of this , I had a faulty flow valve on my toilet. I did not check it there ( should have ) but when I got going on my trip and turned on the water, the toilet would not shut off and would over flow. The valve was installed backwards ! So in order to keep water functioning every where else, we had to reach under the toilet and manually turn the toilet on and off. The service dept. does not care, and the service manager cares less !! I paid 160K for my motorhome and bought it from them and financed through them. World Wide has made a lot of money from me, but I guess once you drive off, .... the deal is done as far as there service dept. thinks. I will never go back or recommend them . More
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE We purchased a new fifth wheel less than a year ago and it has been in the service center for weeks and weeks. Nothing is ever fixed correctly. We h We purchased a new fifth wheel less than a year ago and it has been in the service center for weeks and weeks. Nothing is ever fixed correctly. We have given them dates (like a month out) and told them we needed it fixed by then and we never hear back. We've had to cancel camping plans several times now because they can't get it together and actually fix anything. If I could give 0 stars, I would. STAY AWAY! More
