I was very disappointed with the service today. I originally called regarding a maintenance check light issue, but the operator scheduled me for a tire rotation appointment without properly confirm I originally called regarding a maintenance check light issue, but the operator scheduled me for a tire rotation appointment without properly confirming that with me. I came in under the impression that the issue with the maintenance light would first be inspected and then any recommended work would be discussed with me before proceeding. When I arrived, the staff member at the front mentioned that they would let us know if any work needed to be done, so I waited patiently expecting communication before anything was performed. Unfortunately, I later found out that the tire rotation had already been completed without my consent or prior discussion. I had actually purchased my tires from a different location where I receive complimentary tire rotations, so this was a service I could have avoided paying for today had the communication been clear from the beginning. What was even more frustrating was the response I received when I brought up the miscommunication. The staff member seemed very dismissive, with an attitude that came across as “what do you want me to do about it?” rather than showing understanding or attempting to resolve the concern. I truly wish the communication had been handled more clearly from the start and that the customer service experience had been approached with more care and professionalism. More

Brought car in for egr service which set off the check engine light. Bo checked me in and after a diagnosis got me an accurate time and cost estimate.
