I appreciated the ease of getting this done, the friendly professional way Ms Rajea treated me and the fact that there was no pressure to sell me options that I denied at this time. My 40+ son was sure I would be pressured for unnecessary service but that was not the case. The waiting room was comfortable, the time to complete was even a little less than suggested on checking in. I will be back. More
