We have been taking our Toyotas to World Toyota for many years, even bought our current one from them in ‘07. This is our third Sienna. This was a routine service for 60K mileage. I appreciated the ease of getting this done, the friendly professional way Ms Rajea treated me and the fact that there was no pressure to sell me options that I denied at this time. My 40+ son was sure I would be pressured for unnecessary service but that was not the case. The waiting room was comfortable, the time to complete was even a little less than suggested on checking in. I will be back. More
