Service advisor needs to review the policy. It was my fault for not reading the fine print that I can only use 1 coupon for service. I showed the service advisor 2 coupons, 1 for the oil change It was my fault for not reading the fine print that I can only use 1 coupon for service. I showed the service advisor 2 coupons, 1 for the oil change and 1 for alignment. He originally honored both coupons, then at the check out 2 other advisors told me I can’t combine coupons. The advisor originally checked me in should have notified me about the stacking coupons policy. Good thing i was at the service center only for oil change and alignment. If I’m there for a major service that would cost me thousands of dollars then I don’t know who is responsible for the payment. More
