2nd rate… won’t be back. Serviced but left the truck dirty, unwashed, didn’t reset the “maintenance required” on dash, and left dirty plastic on seat and tags in vehicle. Tri Serviced but left the truck dirty, unwashed, didn’t reset the “maintenance required” on dash, and left dirty plastic on seat and tags in vehicle. Tried to charge a lot of xx fees like an $40 shop fee and others all over the invoice. It was over $400 for oil change, new cabin filter, and AC filter. Won’t be going back! More

Unfortunately, by choosing wrong, I have to be tied to this xxxxty dealership. a couple of years, disastrous service they made me wait 3 hours to tell me that my car would be there the next day, it is incomprehensible that being in one of the most advanced countries in the world they have this xxxxty service More
I've been going to this dealership for 6 years, and this was my 1st bad experience. Waiting 5 hrs for a tire rotation & tire sensor repair is unexplainable. Especially, when I was the 1st car to pull in the shop, with a 7am appointment, and it took 15 minutes for someone to assist me. Please World Toyota, don't fall off like many other companies we are now subjected to in today's businesses. I used to applaud your customer service. I understand everytime can't be roses & rainbows, but please allow this to be one & done. I believe and know you can do better. More

I drive pass two Toyota dealerships to get to World Toyota because they are the best bar none. The service is awesome, the people are very professional & friendly and whenever I compare prices with oth Toyota because they are the best bar none.
