Though I did not purchase my 2012 Prius c from this dealership, the technicians are very knowledgeable, and I never have to double back for a Toyota. Rachel is an excellent service advisor. and I hope I can work with her again. The actual service was excellent as well. I say this because this was the situation at Curry Honda, which is down the street on Peachtree Blvd. Curry had a cramped lounge until they built a beautiful, spacious new service center. World Toyota needs an upgraded service center. Go down the road and see what Curry Honda has done. More

They once told me I needed spark plugs when I didn’t. I had to call to check service history to find out spark plugs had already been replaced. (That was years ago.) But the service Is generally good and I prefer to use them in general. On most recent visit, techs discovered a significant oil leak on a used car that dealer said had no problems. Service advisor was great (Rahel Atsemet). She even took back to service bay to show me the problem. More
