The service specialist was helpful. She even allowed me to borrow her phone charger. I found the car with tire pressure light on by the time I got home. Horrible customer service, this was my second time going to the peachtree location for a super small maintenance checkup and oil change. In both of my experiences at that specific location, I’ve experienced to the peachtree location for a super small maintenance checkup and oil change. In both of my experiences at that specific location, I’ve experienced the absolute worst customer service from 2 different advisors. The last advisor I saw, Destiny, was completely rude and condescending towards me for no apparent reason and insulted my intelligence. I don’t appreciate that especially when I am a paying, loyal, customer of Toyota purchasing over 10-15 cars as well as servicing with y’all over the last 2 decades in ~5 different states in the US. I recently purchased a Camry and a Rav 4 from the Toyota in Gwinnett/Stone Mountain and the customer service was absolutely great and exceptional. Even if my Toyota broke down next door to this location and would require their service, with no hesitation or even the slightest thought, I’D decline. Their service reps need a whole new training program on customer service and need to be reviewed based on performance. I feel horrible for the elders that have no choice or help but to deal with incompetent employees who simply do not like the job that they signed up for. Definitely do not recommend, at least until they have a reorg and lay off the entire team (first line of defense) that essentially is the face and initial representation of ENTIRE BRAND/COMPANY. Especially considering this location being great for business, they definitely need to turn things around for the better. More
