Eric Matson is a superhero who understood my predicament of being from out of town, got my car repaired on a busy Saturd Toyota’s service department. Went in for routine service, they tried to up sale me on a service when I got which I denied. Then got a text saying that it was an urgent matter that needed to be addressed immediately, just to do a simpl a service when I got which I denied.
