I tried to purchase a Toyota Certified vehicle for my daughter, who just moved to Atlanta, and felt taken advantage of by World Toyota. The price they advertised on their website was $19,400. After several phone calls and texts, I received a quote from World Toyota that included several hidden fees - "window tint: $495," WORLD TOYOTA CONSUMER CONNECT: "$499," "Doc Fee: $999," and ElecRegFilFee: $198." Their website specifically promised: "Dealer Doc fee of $999.00 is included in advertised sales price." This is NOT TRUE. They added it in the quote. I've never had a dealership add so many hidden expenses. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of an out-of-state dad trying to help his daughter get into a safer car. I've been a lifelong Toyota buyer who has trusted dealerships. No more. More

Our agent had poor communication. We had a scheduled appointment at 9:40. We didn’t receive our car till 3:30 We waited to speak to the manager. Kory in the service department was very helpful and understanding. Unfortunately, he was the only positive experience I had with this dealership. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and a tire patch at 2:30pm. I arrived on time and waited about 20 minutes for someone to be able to assist me. At 2:50 we began discussing the reason for my appointment. My car was promptly taken for service, or so I thought. I was quoted 1.5-2 hours and at the 2 hour mark was informed my car had not even been taken into the bay. At the 4 hour mark, no one could even give me an idea of when my service would begin. At the 4.5 hour mark, I was informed my car had been checked out and my service was underway. I finally left at 7pm. My entire appointment was completed in about 30 minutes, which is fantastic, but waiting 5 hours for this service is absurd. This is ridiculous. More
