He calmly and thoroughly explained the purchasing process and after the purchase, he followed up (on his day off) to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received for the accessories that were installed. I was especially grateful for his flexibility. On one occasion he came in during the evening on his day off! Jay was very thorough in explaining available options and for arranging the installation of the accessories I chose. Several days after delivery, I sent Jay an e-mail asking about door edge molding. He responded to me by actually giving me a call to advise me about the part. Both these gentlemen, I can honestly say, have made this purchase a truly pleasant experience. I might also add that others who I met during this process, General Manager Brennan, the gentleman who accepted my offer, the business manager, and staff who greeted me as I entered and browsed through the dealership were very professional and grateful for my business. The sales managers were great in explaining pricing, trade in offer, etc. We would not hesitate to purchase again from World Toyota and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. We have since purchased accessories for the truck and everyone is still as friendly as prior to our purchase of the vehicle. We are awaiting a new radio as the one in the truck turns on and off at will. That is the only problem that we have had so far. More
