This is a first class dealership. The customer service is impecable and the staff from top to bottom has an outstanding adherence to the highest standards of customer service. We went in on a Saturday and three days later we had a brand new Venza. It was done graciously, without rancor, and this dealer makes it a pleasure to buy a car. No buyer's remorse experienced whatsoever. Don't wish to sound snobby but the experience and treatment you get at World Toyota in Atlanta is something you'd expect only from a Mercedes, BMW, Audi, or Lexus level of dealership. I would go further to say that the experience at World is even superior to those mentioned because they do it with open, direct,and honest communication and interaction (not just customer service polish). Our other car is an Audi. We may replace that one with another Toyota from World. More

The courtesy & genuine concern of ALL the employees, their thoroughness in every aspect of making our purchase, and their follow-thru afterward are unequalled by any other retail business we know. WORLD TOYOTA does not just sell, they provide SERVICE to their customers. We have always taken our 2004 Solara to the Service Dept and it still runs and looks like NEW (thanks Steven). On February 18 2009, I assisted my Grand-Daughter in arranging for replacement of her transmission, 1997 Toyoto Camery, at World Toyoto Atlanta, Georgia. Since I live in Wisconsin, it was necessary to arranging for replacement of her transmission, 1997 Toyoto Camery, at World Toyoto Atlanta, Georgia. Since I live in Wisconsin, it was necessary to arrange for the repair by phone. My experience was very positive. The service advisor, Mr. Map Mouth was extremely courteous, very knowlegable, and comunicated with me long distance, several times, in a timely manner. I woud rate my experience a 5 out of 5. More

Map Mouth was helpful to me on the phone (I called him twice) and in person when I arrived at the dealer. In search of a Toyota dealer to help me maintain our older model Camry LE, I have found Mr. Hong and Atlanta Toyota to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in everyway. Mr. Hong understands my a older model Camry LE, I have found Mr. Hong and Atlanta Toyota to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in everyway. Mr. Hong understands my arm waving descriptions of car noise and the quality/accurate work by the service technicians never has me returning to have the same problem fixed like I have experienced with other repair stations. Mr. Hong is straight forward and open with his explanations and always keeps me informed as to the status of the repair. No surprises after you leave the car with the car always being ready when they told me and the cost of the repairs have always been very reasonable. As I look to replace my pick-up truck, Mr. Hong and World Toyota's service department have earned mt interest in being a World Toyota's new car owner. More
