We would like to take the time to thank World Toyota for the wonderful experience we had buying a car at their facility. We had a budget set in mind and we had to adhere to it, this was relatively high pri the wonderful experience we had buying a car at their facility. They were committed to meet our budget and we truly appreciate their efforts; it all worked out for the best Before we left the premises, I noticed that the truck’s right rear light was broken. I pointing it out to G Carson, he said that he will have the part ordered and it should be available in a few days. The following week my husband brought the truck to have the light replaced. Not only did they do a wonderful job but they didn’t even charge us anything for it. I was flabbergasted to say the least. We thank G.Carson, Andy Lee, Jay Walkup and Will Asencio for the level of customer service we received and the professionalism that was reflected. We will undoubtedly use World Toyota again in the Future and will definitely refer them to friends and family.
