This dealership is the ABSOLUTE example of exemplory customer sevice. I have never felt more comfortable or wanted ANYWHERE!!! We have since purchased accessories for the truck and everyone is still as friendly as prior to our purchase of the vehicle. I have been taking my Toyota Sienna to World Toyota for service for years (10 years) and I have not had one negative experience. My service advisor, Map Mouth, is OUTSTANDING!! He's professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all, honest about the service my van needs. It's 10 years old and in tip, top shape! Another Toyota dealership is closer to my home; however, I feel it's worth driving the extra miles to get honest and dependable service.
