World Toyota sold me a key fog and didnt ensure it was programmed completely. Then they didn't grant my request asking to speak with a manager. Then I called again and the customer service representative programmed completely. Then they didn't grant my request asking to speak with a manager. Then I called again and the customer service representative told me that I could go to any Toyota dealership and they could complete the programming. I showed up at Union City Toyota for my appointment and they informed me that i would have to pay for the service. World Toyota really dropped the ball. This is extremely unacceptable. I will be publishing this review on social media to ensure no else has uses your poor service. Service advisor Glenn is the absolute worst. More

Terrible service! ! They only care about the money. I went in for a routine service and they tried to push $300 of extra services to me and even sent me a link to sign ! They only care about the money. I went in for a routine service and they tried to push $300 of extra services to me and even sent me a link to sign for them even after I said no. Then when I went to pick up my car on Monday, they left my battery on all weekend and let it die. They did not offer to replace the battery, any compensation, or even say sorry, instead the associated acted like I was dumb and didn’t know how to turn my car on before believing me. NEVER GET WORK DONE HERE!! More
