Everybody including the general manager, Mr. Jack Brennan helped us to make it sure we got the best service. I started my search online and meet Mr. Roy Samuel. Honestly, I communicated with a lot of salesmen in different car dealers and found Mr. Samuel to be honest and upfront. We used to go to a car dealer everytime we needed a car but hated the sales pressure and the tricks of the trade. This time, I used the internet before going to the car dealer. The whole car buying process was smooth and quick without the sales pressure. My experience was pleasant at world Toyota and I recommend them to everybody I know. Now, I found a dealer that I feel like going back over and over again. More
As a female, I'm very skeptical about car dealers and auto repair shops because I have been swindled before by both. I have never felt taken advantage of at World Toyota. The associates there are very auto repair shops because I have been swindled before by both. I have never felt taken advantage of at World Toyota. The associates there are very professional, personable and respectful... even if I have to ask a dumb question. Also, when I have limited time, they have always been very honest about how long the service will take. For example, on my last visit, I said I would love to get the oil change plus tire rotation and balance but only if it could be done in an hour. They said they could do it and the service was done in about 55 minutes. At other establishments, the associate would not have bothered to respect my time constraint, would have taken my car back and taken it apart so that I had to wait for it regardless if it was done on time. World Toyota is a 1st class operation. More
As always the service was excellent. The customer service is the greatest. I also enjoy the waiting area it is very comfortable. And the pop corn is great! On a whole the staff is above adverage. When we arrived at the dealership, all of the employees, including the manager, were very welcoming. We were pointed to Rod from one of the dealer managers and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had to wait to test drive a particular vehicle however he kept us company with good conversation until it was ready. After the test drive, there was no pressure and he did not balk at us when we started negotiating on the vehicle pricing. Even while we were working with the finance manager on the paperwork, he checked on us from time to time to make sure we were doing well. After the paperwork, he had the vehicle readily accessible so we were able to get on our way quickly with the new vehicle. I had a great experience this last weekend at World Toyota in Atlanta. I was greeted by the Sales Manager, Jack who asked what I was looking for. I said I wanted to test dive a vehicle. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon and it seemed that all of the reps were busy, but he found someone to help me. Mayo was on her lunch break, but stopped to help me out. She spent extra time with me to gain a good understanding of what I was looking for in my next vehicle. She brought two out that she thought would work for me so I could compare them side-by-side. She also worked with me to find another vehicle that might work even better. Because of her, the experience I had at World Toyota that weekend was the best dealership experience I have ever had in over 30 years of car shopping. Part of my day-to-day job is to talk to car shoppers to learn about their pain points, expectations and needs when shopping for a vehicle. I hear a lot of the same stories over and over. For what it is worth, I would say that Mayo did everything right that Saturday. She took the time to listen to my needs and worked hard to find a vehicle that would match those needs. There was no sales pressure or any of the typical tactics I've learned to expect. I commend her for treating me like a human being and not just another mark. Now I know where to buy my next vehicle. Great experience. Purchased '06 Tundra from listing on the internet. Called and spoke with Andy who was willing to work out a deal over the phone. Drove 6 hours to pick up my pickup and was treated by an the internet. Called and spoke with Andy who was willing to work out a deal over the phone. Drove 6 hours to pick up my pickup and was treated by an extremely friendly staff. Paperwork was completed in less than two hours, and we were back on the road headed home. My letter to the above gentlemen was as follows: "Over all the years of my life I do not believe I have ever seen such mass, collective courtesy to a customer. Everywhere we turned we were treated with politeness, courtesy and responsiveness - even by employees we had no dealings with Mohamed is so likeable and charming, as is Larry "The Hound" Bassett, and in Jay you have one of the most spontaneous and helpful people I can imagine. No wonder (as someone there told me) you have risen to the highest level in the USA, and we shall have all of our services and new car purchases done there, and referanyone we appropriately can to buy cars from you when the opportunity presents itself, All that I have written expresses the views of my wife as well. They didn't have the exact car we wanted on the lot, so he searched other dealerships to see if they might have was very friendly and knowledgable. Unfortunately no one had the exact setup, but they further discounted the closest car on their lot (after already agreeing to a fairly substantial discount). Very thorough in explaining the process. We have been dealing with World Toyota for many years, probably since moving down here in 1989. The service department has always been great to deal with. We trust what he tells us about our vehicles, we only own toyotas (3). Please be aware of the kind of service and care he shows your customers. He is a credit to World Toyota. We wait to take our cars in for service when we know He will be there. He has NEVER disappointed us with the attention he shows us. More
