I stopped in for my 10000 mile service without an appointment and was met immediately by HeeSoo. He informed me it would be an hour and a half when I requested a car wash as well. 45 minutes later I appointment and was met immediately by HeeSoo. Took my 1998 Subaru Outback in for service as my "check engine" light kept coming on and even though it took several return visits to have the problem diagnosed and fixed, it is now running properly again engine" light kept coming on and even though it took several return visits to have the problem diagnosed and fixed, it is now running properly again. Brian did a great job in working with me by providing me with a new Toyota Camry as a loaner car and to resolve many other mechanical issues and keep my costs manageable for the amount of replacements and repairs that were done. I would highly recommend this Dealership for service. More

I visited a dealer near my house because it seemed convenient. When I left that dealership I was very upset at the way I was treated.
