My experience at World Toyota in Atlanta GA was more pleasant than I expected - I am not a fan of car buying. Our buying experience today just illustrated why World Toyota is rated among the top 10 in the country when it comes to Customer Service. We've been taking our other Toyota there for service and had nothing but outstanding service, so there's no where else we would go to buy a vehicle. We spotted a great deal on a used Sienna via their internet listings and they honored that discounted price. We were in a time crunch on a Saturday. We showed up at opening 9am and were driving off the lot just under 1pm after they detailed the vehicle for us. You could tell the great teamwork that went into expediting our purchase. We love the no pressure approach and confidence all teammembers had in their product. We highly recommend Chandra M. Mayo as a Sales Consultant. She met us when we were just casually "looking" one day we took our other toyota for an oil change. Her upbeat, can-do, positive, and upfront attitude brought us back when we decided to seriously buy. She demonstrates professionalism and kept us at-ease at all times. She will bend over backwards to make a deal happen and keep customer satisfaction outstanding. We recommend her to all we meet about our outstanding carbuying experience. The business manager Will Ascensio who managed the business end (finance) was very disarming and made us feel like we were being taken care of by family. He was prompt, professional, and entertaining! Jay the Parts Manager walked us through the dealership's own online service appointment and information website and registered us for our free first oil change and wheel balance and rotation, a 5K mile service for free! The General Manager Jack Brennan came to personally greet us and tell us about the programs that World Toyota offers to it's new owners. It was great to hear a sincere Thank You for our business and that it was appreciated. We love our "new" Sienna and it's "extras", i.e. DVD player, leather interior. It drives great, looks great! It carries our precious cargo, our little 9 month old daughter. Once we spotted what we were looking for, we knew to jump on the opportunity. This dealership has inventory for all walks of life. If you spot a deal, grab it! Because if you take a moment to hesitate, someone is just behind you looking for that same product. We had such a positive car-buying experience and we look forward to the many memories and road travels ahead with no worries! Thank you World Toyota! More

I will set the tone for this review by stating that I have not purchased a card since 1997. I am one of those owners who buys quality and drives it till it's time to get another. My wife and I chose a Toyota Highlander for it's top in class rating from Consumer Reports. Now to chose the dealer. My wife and I had either telephoned or visited 3 other dealers in the greater Atlanta area and when we got to World Toyota we knew our searching had ended. They have put the customer back into the Drivers Seat as it were. I felt that my sales consultant-Christopher Miller-was very attentive to our needs and work diligently to get us into the 2009 Highlander. He listened to us and made sure we were satisfied with every result of the process of buying the car. We were treated with respect at every point of the journey. Of course the toughest part of the process at the end is money and Will Asencio was the best. He was personable and made sure we given all the information we needed to make that decision of financing the car through World Toyota or using our own. All of this can be a testament to the leadership of General Manager Jack Brennan. I tip my hat and say thank-you to the men and women at World Toyota. I look forward to a long relationship. More
I wish every business could run the way that World Toyota runs their service department. Map Mouth gives the same attention to detail and professionalism to all of our 4 Toyotas (1998 to 2006 models) and is runs their service department. Extremely good sales experience. Salesperson - Chandra Mayo is extremely co-operative, patient and very knowledgeable of the product she sells. (I DREAD going to dealerships-specifically Toyota) However, World Toyota is different - Better (actually by alot) than ALL OTHERS here in Atlanta. I would highly recommend Chandra Mayo to anyone thinking of buying a Toyota. Give her a call before you head to any other dealership and you will be surprised with the deal you get. She really listens. Overall, 5 star dealership. Very happy with the entire purchase decision. They gained a customer for life! More

I recently returned to World Toyota for my complimentary 1000 mile check. Chris Brown and Phillip Barrentine both listened to and addressed my concerns and Phillip was especially helpful to me. Every interaction that my wife and I have had with any World Toyota employee since our purchase has been an excellent one. This one was no different.
